John Hurlbut joined the Puyallup office of John L. Scott in February of 2003 and offers both an outstanding level of real estate knowledge and an exceptional level of professionalism. John is a licensed real estate agent and a regular top producer with nearly 10 years experience in the real estate business. He has participated in a range of real estate transactions, including; luxury residential properties, condos, rental properties, vacant land, etc. in Pierce, King and Thurston Counties. His recognized relationships and local experience, combined with John L. Scott’s national resources, present an exclusive benefit to his clients.
John also holds a number of nationally recognized Real Estate designations including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and the CFS (Certified Foreclosure Specialist).
John has been a Pierce County native all his life and has lived in Puyallup since 2006. He has a home in Sunrise where he and his family relax and enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, biking, running, participating in triathlons and anything out of doors! John and his wife Teri are also frequenters of the local arts community and participate in charitable organizations such as the American Lung Association of Washington, Children’s Hospitals, The Nature Conservancy and local Rails to Trails initiatives.
